GreyMonk
Turning engineering signals into a product leaders can interrogate.
Substantial TypeScript/React frontend work for an AI-powered engineering intelligence product. I translated code, pull-request, delivery, and team-performance data into data-heavy product flows and AI-generated insights, while partnering with backend engineers on the contracts and models behind those experiences.

The interpretation problem
Raw engineering activity is not yet an answer.
GreyMonk brought together code, pull-request, delivery, and team-performance data for engineering leaders. I built substantial TypeScript/React frontend work that turned those inputs into product experiences rather than simply exposing backend records.
The interface needed to let leaders move between metrics, projects, teams, delivery signals, and AI-generated insights without losing the context behind a number.
Frontend architecture
Data-heavy interfaces need explicit states, not optimistic assumptions.
I developed product flows around asynchronous REST API state and translated complex backend data into clear interactive views.
The work covered engineering metrics, AI-generated insights, team and project views, and delivery signals, with the frontend responsible for making incomplete and changing data understandable.
System map
From engineering activity to an inspectable product signal
Source data and AI-derived output move through shared API contracts before becoming contextual team, project, and delivery views.

Cross-boundary decisions
Representation begins before the response reaches React.
I partnered with backend engineers on API contracts, data models, and product behavior. That collaboration shaped how engineering signals and AI-derived outputs were represented and consumed in the frontend.
The role was not limited to screen implementation; it included the technical product decisions that made the data usable at the client boundary.
